One-half day outing:
10:15 a.m. Arrive at The Heritage Society Museum at 1100 Bagby, in the heart of the downtown business district, and meet your guide. (Restroom available)
10:30 Tour the museum gallery’s permanent exhibits – Duncan General Store, American Brilliant Cut Glass and Bob Bailey Studio’s Photographs – in addition to the latest visiting exhibit. View a short film for the historic structures’ tour. Museum is free – donations welcomed.
11:30 – 1:00 Tour four of the seven historical structures representing the earliest history of Houston. Choose from a variety of architectural and cultural styles, beginning in 1832 through 1905.
Tour Fee: $6 per person for 4 houses.

12:15 – 1:30 Lunch Options: Variety of restaurants within walking distance of Sam Houston Park. If weather permits, an outside box lunch could be arranged at $10 per person (pre-paid).
1:30 – 3:00 Tour four of the remaining historical structures representing a progression of Houston’s earliest architectural and cultural history.
3:00 – 4:00 Visit City Hall Annex gift shop – walking distance from The Heritage Society.
Tour Fee: $9 per person for 6 houses.
