10 AM - 10:45 AM – Arrive at the Cuero Heritage Museum, 124 E. Church St. View the current featured exhibit and other city exhibits in the Historic Federal Building, which is also home to the Cuero Chamber of Commerce & Agriculture. Handicapped accessibility at the rear entrance of the building.
11 – 11:30 AM - Visit the DeWitt County Historical Museum, 312 E. Broadway, and view the living history exhibit, the dog trot, and log cabin.
11:45 AM- - 1 PM - Enjoy lunch at one of our unique restaurants. It is best for your group to pre-order its selection so the tour can be kept on schedule. Box lunches are also available for your group upon request
1:15 - 2:30 PM - Pick up your tour guide at the Cuero Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture, 124 E. Church St., and they will assist you on a tour of Cuero's historic residential areas. See homes that had originally built in the Port of Indianola, then moved to Cuero after two devastating hurricanes in the 1800's.
2:45 - 3:15 PM - Tour one of these beautiful churches: Grace Episcopal Church, St. Michael's Church, St. Mark's Lutheran Church, First United Methodist, First Baptist Church, or Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
3:30 - 5:00 PM - Browse through the antique shops in Cuero and other fine gift stores, stop at a local nursery, or enjoy gourmet coffee and refreshments in our historic business district.
